  • Orders with unresolved payment issues will be canceled after 7 days.

6. Refunds and Chargebacks

  • Chargebacks should be avoided; if you have any issues with your order, please contact our support team directly for resolution.
  • Chargebacks negatively impact your account and can result in account suspension and/or legal action.

7. Billing & Shipping Addresses

Make sure that your credit card, bank, financial institution etc. is on-board with you shipping items to addresses other than your billing address. That is your responsibility, not ours.
