Refund Policy – BWD – Baber Wholesale Distributor

At BWD – Baber Wholesale Distributor, we strive to provide high-quality wholesale products and reliable drop shipping services. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which we accept returns and issue refunds to our valued wholesale buyers.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or significantly not as described.
  • The refund request is submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • You provide valid proof of purchase such as order number and invoice.

Please note – you pay for return shipping.

Due to the nature of wholesale and drop shipping, some products may be final sale, non-cancellable and non-refundable. These conditions will be clearly marked on the product page.

2. Restocking Fee

If you or your end customer has a change of mind, you may return an unopened and sealed product back to us at your expense for a refund. There will be a 15% restocking fee on such returns.

Please note – you pay for return shipping.

Opened packages, packages missing retail packaging and used items are not returnable.

3. RMA (Return Merchant Authorization)

  • Contact our customer support team at sales@baber.com within 30 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order details, reason for refund, and supporting photos if applicable.
  • Our team will review your request, issue an RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) and guide you through the next steps.
  • Items received without a valid RMA # will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

4. Return Shipping

  • You pay for return shipping.
  • Please ship insured with tracking.
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Partial Refunds and Exchanges

  • Partial refunds may be granted in very exceptional cases. Generally, if an item is damaged, opened, used or missing its original packaging, it will be rejected and sent back to you at your expense.
  • At this time, BWD – Baber Wholesale Distributor does not offer exchanges. Please place a new order every time.

7. Non-Refundable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital products or services
  • Please check product details carefully before purchasing.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible due to processing and shipping.

If an item is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
