This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which we accept returns and issue refunds to our valued wholesale buyers. Please note – you pay for return shipping. Due to the nature of wholesale and drop shipping, some products may be final sale, non-cancellable and non-refundable. These conditions will be clearly marked on the product page. If you or your end customer has a change of mind, you may return an unopened and sealed product back to us at your expense for a refund. There will be a 15% restocking fee on such returns. Please note – you pay for return shipping. Opened packages, packages missing retail packaging and used items are not returnable. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible due to processing and shipping. If an item is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
